We can't talk about personal training and reaching fitness goals without talking about food, which I love. In order for you to become truly healthy you are going to need to figure out what works for you. I understand that everyone is different and relationships with food vary drastically. I will meet you where you are and we can get to work.
I recommend a paleo lifestyle. Really, it's all just about healthy choices, and I'm here for my clients when they need help navigating the grocery aisles and restaurant menus. I like to share recipes and check in with clients who might be struggling in this area. My idea of personal training is so much more than just movement.
You'll regularly see me with my family around McKinney at our favorite foodie haunts; every Saturday at the McKinney Farmer's Market, picking up grass fed steaks from Local Local Farm To Market and enjoying fresh salads, soups and sides from Patina Green Home and Market.
