Yoga with Seth Hammond – Embrace Movement, Joy, and Healing
I first stepped onto a yoga mat in 2001, drawn by curiosity and a desire to deepen my fitness journey. At the time, I thought of myself as strong and athletic, but that initial class humbled me and opened my eyes to a new dimension of health—flexibility, mindfulness, and healing.
Fast forward to today, and yoga has become a lifelong companion in my personal and professional journey. After years of training and teaching fitness, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher certification with Joseph Stingley, whose soulful approach to yoga ignited my passion for sharing this practice.
Since 2017, I’ve taught weekly yoga classes in McKinney, connecting with the community through mindful movement and breath. Yoga has guided me through recovery from major injuries, including multiple knee surgeries, and has taught me to breathe through life’s challenges with grace and strength. Beyond the physical benefits, it has offered me a way to center myself and reconnect to what truly matters—family, health, and community.
Now, I’m excited to bring yoga to our beautiful downtown McKinney square. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, my classes invite you to reconnect with yourself, move with intention, and celebrate life in this historic, vibrant setting.
Join me for a session of flow and fun. Let’s move, breathe, and enjoy the day together—because life’s too short not to feel great in your body and spirit.
